Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of comprehensive learning programs, from initial needs analysis to final evaluation.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into accessible and engaging curriculum.
- Design, develop, and maintain multi-modal training content including e-learning modules, video tutorials, instructor-led materials, and interactive job aids.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build high-quality digital learning assets.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on all learning content to ensure accuracy, pedagogical alignment, and technical functionality.
- Analyze learning metrics and performance data to iterate on designs and demonstrate measurable ROI on training initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the instructional design process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, specifically within a corporate or BPO environment.
- Proven expertise in adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Advanced proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workflows concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
