As a key player in our Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end instructional design process, from needs assessment to evaluation, ensuring that all learning materials align with business objectives and meet the highest standards of quality.
This full-time, work-from-home position operates on a night shift schedule, enabling you to collaborate with a prestigious US client and contribute to their L&D initiatives. You will have the chance to shape the learning landscape by developing engaging content, leveraging the latest instructional design models and technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of instructional designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design effective instructional solutions.
- Oversee the development of engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and performance support tools.
- Ensure adherence to instructional design principles, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and L&D.
- Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Provide regular performance feedback and professional development opportunities for team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in instructional design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading instructional design projects and managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, night shift environment.
- Experience supporting US clients is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
