- Analyze training needs and learning objectives to design effective instructional solutions
- Develop engaging e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, and performance support resources
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy
- Create storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for learning modules
- Implement learning management systems and track learning analytics
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Stay current with instructional design trends and emerging technologies
- Maintain and update existing training materials to ensure content relevance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Cornerstone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
