Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop innovative instructional materials (e-learning modules, job aids, training guides)
- Collaborate with SMEs to translate technical concepts into learner-friendly content
- Create compelling copy for corporate communications, training materials, and digital platforms
- Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) to structure effective learning solutions
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate learning effectiveness through data analysis
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and deadlines
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or professional copywriting
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Exceptional writing skills with portfolio demonstrating varied content types
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and cognitive psychology
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging content
- Experience developing materials for corporate training environments
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
