Clarks is seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join our dynamic Learning and Development team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be pivotal in crafting high-impact training solutions that drive performance, enhance employee development, and support our global organizational goals.
As an Instructional Designer at Clarks, you will work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop cutting-edge digital learning assets, facilitator-led training materials, and blended learning programs. We are looking for someone who balances creativity with pedagogical rigor, ensuring that every learning intervention is measurable, accessible, and aligned with our brand values.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop innovative, interactive e-learning modules, videos, and digital content using industry-standard authoring tools.
- Conduct thorough learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and define clear learning objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical information into easy-to-understand curriculum.
- Maintain and update existing training materials to ensure content remains current, relevant, and engaging.
- Design assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs and learner progress.
- Manage the end-to-end development cycle of learning projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Support the implementation of Learning Management System (LMS) administration and troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resource Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
- Proven proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) and their practical application.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience in graphic design or video editing (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Vyond) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
