Tanggung Jawab
- Provide coverage for educational programmes when main instructors are unavailable
- Assist main programme instructors in delivering training sessions and curriculum implementation
- Support the assessment and evaluation of student progress and learning outcomes
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment for all students
- Prepare teaching materials, resources, and learning aids as required
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure programme continuity
- Document student attendance, performance, and behavioral observations
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Education, Special Education, or related field
- Previous experience working with students with special needs is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students and colleagues
- Patient and adaptable approach to handling diverse learning needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
