Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) is looking for a skilled Instructor, Aviation Security to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This is a pivotal CAAM (Civil Aviation Authority Malaysia) approved role, requiring a dedicated professional to ensure the highest standards of safety and security are maintained across our operations.
In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive Aviation Security (AVSEC) training programs. Your primary focus will be to equip MAG staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to comply with international regulations and internal protocols. By fostering a supportive learning environment, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the competence of our security personnel and ensuring the seamless, secure operation of our aviation facilities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-quality AVSEC training sessions for MAG personnel, covering passenger screening, baggage security, and access control.
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant training materials, manuals, and presentations in strict accordance with CAAM and ICAO standards.
- Facilitate practical drills and mock exercises to test and reinforce security response capabilities in real-world scenarios.
- Monitor trainee performance and competency levels, providing constructive feedback and additional support where needed.
- Collaborate with the Security Management team to identify training gaps and design tailored learning solutions.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and competency assessments for all participants.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Aviation Security (AVSEC), preferably within an airport environment.
- Relevant certification in AVSEC or equivalent professional qualification.
- CAAM approval or eligibility for immediate approval is required.
- Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.
- Deep knowledge of ICAO Annex 17 and other relevant national aviation security regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple training schedules and work effectively in a fast-paced, regulatory environment.
