Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and deliver engaging DGR training programs for aviation personnel
- Manage end-to-end compliance with ICAO, IATA, and national dangerous goods regulations
- Conduct periodic audits and assessments to ensure regulatory adherence
- Update training materials to reflect regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Provide expert guidance to management and staff on dangerous goods handling protocols
- Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DGR requirements into operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- IATA DGR Certification (or equivalent dangerous goods training qualification)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in DGR compliance and training delivery
- Deep understanding of ICAO, IATA, and Malaysian civil aviation regulations
- Proven ability to develop and present technical training materials
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in aviation safety or logistics management preferred
