Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot industrial automation instruments and control systems
- Implement and optimize PLC/SCADA systems for packaging machinery
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for automation equipment
- Diagnose system failures and implement corrective actions with minimal downtime
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design automation solutions
- Document technical procedures and maintain system documentation
- Train operational staff on new automation technologies and protocols
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Automation Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial instrumentation and automation
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex control systems and instrumentation
- Certification in industrial automation or instrumentation preferred
- Experience working in shift-based manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, ISO 9001) and quality protocols
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
