You will play a key role during major plant shutdowns and turnarounds, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, commission, and configure new field instruments (pressure, temperature, level, flow) according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Perform routine calibration, verification, and preventive maintenance of process control instruments and transmitters.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and repair activities to identify and resolve instrument faults or malfunctions efficiently.
- Participate actively in plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and capital projects, ensuring work is completed within schedule and budget.
- Ensure all field activities comply with HSE regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Document all installation, calibration, and maintenance records accurately in the CMMS system.
- Collaborate closely with process engineers, operations staff, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of new instrumentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Instrument Field Technician in the oil, gas, or mining industry.
- Strong working knowledge of loop diagrams, P&IDs, and instrument specifications.
- Proficiency in using calibration tools (e.g., Fluke, HART communicator, process calibrators) and diagnostic software.
- Valid Technical Certificate (SKKNI) in Instrumentation or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and working at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
