Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the end-to-end lifecycle of instrumentation and electrical projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies on all sites.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with a team of technicians and engineers to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify technical specifications are met.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, progress updates, and budget forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including procurement, maintenance, and operations.
- Troubleshoot complex engineering issues and implement effective corrective actions promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation and electrical project supervision within the palm oil or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS) and electrical distribution networks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is required for site travel.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
