Tanggung Jawab
- Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of various process instrumentation, including transmitters, controllers, and analyzers.
- Conduct routine calibration and verification of pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments to ensure process accuracy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical faults using test equipment and schematics.
- Implement and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and failures.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and plant safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to upgrade and optimize existing control systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and calibration logs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a chemical or petrochemical plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and control logic.
- Familiarity with pneumatic and electronic control systems.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel within the site.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
