Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment using advanced sterilization systems (autoclaves, chemical sterilizers)
- Perform comprehensive inspection, cleaning, and assembly of complex surgical instruments to manufacturer specifications
- Manage inventory control systems for surgical supplies, including tracking, ordering, and restocking protocols
- Execute quality assurance procedures including biological monitoring, equipment calibration, and documentation
- Collaborate with surgical teams to anticipate instrument needs for scheduled and emergency procedures
- Train staff on proper handling, storage, and sterilization techniques for specialized equipment
- Adhere to strict regulatory standards including MOH guidelines and international best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Biomedical Engineering, Sterile Processing Technology, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital sterile processing or surgical instrument management
- Certification in Sterile Processing (CBSPD or IAHCSMM) preferred
- Proficiency in operating sterilization equipment and inventory management systems
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and instrument sterilization standards
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to work in fast-paced surgical environments
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with surgical teams
