In this role, you will utilize your strong technical knowledge of packing, serialization, and vision systems. You will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of critical automation infrastructure. We utilize state-of-the-art technologies, including Rockwell Automation, Siemens, and Cognex systems. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, high-quality output, and strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, program, and troubleshoot automation systems using Rockwell and Siemens PLCs.
- Oversee the installation and calibration of vision systems and serialization equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis for instrumentation failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production throughput and quality.
- Ensure all automation systems comply with local safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and system diagrams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation and automation engineering.
- Proficiency in Rockwell Automation (Studio 5000/Logix), Siemens S7-1200/1500, and Cognex In-Sight.
- Strong understanding of HMI, SCADA, and industrial networking protocols.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or FMCG manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
