Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain instrumentation and control systems, including PLC/DCS configurations and loop diagrams.
- Prepare technical specifications for instrumentation hardware, control valves, transmitters, and other field devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to integrate I&C components into larger plant-wide control architectures.
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and field calibration to ensure systems are operating within optimal parameters.
- Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, and control logic diagrams to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry codes.
- Manage vendor documentation and ensure that all equipment procurement aligns with project schedules and budgets.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the installation, commissioning, and startup phases of plant operations.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, energy efficiency, and automation to enhance plant throughput.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in an industrial, oil & gas, or power generation setting.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software for control system design (e.g., AutoCAD, SmartPlant Instrumentation, or similar).
- Solid understanding of international standards such as ISA, IEC, and NEC regarding instrumentation and control.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and pneumatic control circuits.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, project-based environment and adapt to changing technical requirements.
