In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the operational efficiency of existing buildings by analyzing, upgrading, and optimizing Central Building Management Systems (CBMS).
Your expertise will directly contribute to reducing energy consumption and operational costs for our clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of control system projects, ensuring that building automation systems function at peak performance and deliver maximum energy efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing building automation systems to identify inefficiencies and energy-saving opportunities.
- Design, configure, and upgrade Central Building Management Systems (CBMS) to meet modern standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of instrumentation and control equipment.
- Monitor system performance data and implement optimization strategies to reduce energy consumption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute retrofit projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices in engineering.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Proven experience in building management systems, BMS, or CBMS implementation.
- Familiarity with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and DDC controllers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and system logs.
- Valid Singapore driving license (preferred for site visits).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
