Tanggung Jawab
- Perform maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, and SCADA control systems
- Monitor industrial equipment performance using diagnostic tools and control systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical instrumentation
- Collaborate with operations team to resolve system malfunctions and optimize control parameters
- Document system configurations, maintenance activities, and technical procedures
- Conduct system upgrades and integration of new automation technologies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation principles and control systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- Familiarity with process control instrumentation (transmitters, sensors, actuators)
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control logic diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
