In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of complex instrumentation systems across various industrial sites.
As an Instrumentation Service Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support, calibration, and troubleshooting. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspection, calibration, and testing of instrumentation and control systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults in industrial sensors, transmitters, and control devices.
- Conduct preventative maintenance routines to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Document all service activities, calibration reports, and maintenance logs in accordance with company quality standards.
- Provide on-site technical support to clients during commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new instrumentation systems into existing workflows.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols at all job sites.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance or a similar service-oriented role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLC, and field instrumentation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
- Proficiency in using calibration tools and diagnostic software for instrumentation troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of technical accuracy.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Johor region.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
