Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of technical service professionals specializing in instrumentation and IoT systems
- Oversee commissioning, installation, and calibration of smart water solutions and instrumentation equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex instrumentation and IoT systems
- Coordinate service activities, ensuring timely response to client needs and effective resource allocation
- Train and mentor team members on new technologies and best practices in instrumentation and smart water solutions
- Manage service documentation, including technical reports, maintenance logs, and client communications
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation, automation, or IoT systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven experience with smart water solutions, SCADA systems, and industrial instrumentation
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and deep understanding of control systems and field instruments
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams and service operations
- Certification in instrumentation, automation, or related field is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with service management software and customer relationship management systems
