Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial instrumentation and control systems to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Perform regular calibration and preventive maintenance on sensors, transmitters, valves, and PLC systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with automated process equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Interpret and update technical diagrams, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and electrical schematics.
- Lead improvement projects to enhance system accuracy, process efficiency, and reliability.
- Train plant personnel on the proper use and basic troubleshooting of instrumentation hardware.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during all maintenance activities.
- Manage technical documentation and inventory for critical instrumentation spare parts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer (Registered Electronics or Electrical Engineer) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems within a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong working knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and process flow charts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Medina, Misamis Oriental.
