Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection, calibration, and maintenance of industrial instrumentation and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in PLCs, sensors, transmitters, and control valves.
- Install and commission new instrumentation equipment to support production line upgrades.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize system performance and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all industrial safety standards and factory regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to restore production capacity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an Instrumentation Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, instrumentation calibration, and electrical circuitry.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to work in Bentong, Pahang, and participate in shift rotations if required.
- Basic computer literacy for logging reports and digital maintenance management.
