PT Vando Teknik Solusi is a leading provider of technical solutions, and we are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Instrumentation Technician to join our team in Jawa Timur. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our industrial control systems and instrumentation equipment.
As an Instrumentation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, and maintenance of various process instruments. You will work in a fast-paced environment where precision is paramount. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial instrumentation devices such as pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in control systems, PLCs, and pneumatic/electronic instruments.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on plant instrumentation to ensure continuous operational uptime.
- Read and interpret P&ID diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical manuals for equipment installation.
- Execute loop checks and perform functional testing of control loops to ensure process accuracy.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and calibration logs according to company and industry standards.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime during equipment repairs.
- Ensure all technical work complies with established safety procedures and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Instrumentation Technician in a manufacturing or oil & gas environment.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation calibration tools, including HART communicators and multi-meters.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and process control logic.
- Solid understanding of industrial safety standards and LOTO (Lock-Out, Tag-Out) procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and adapt to shift work requirements if necessary.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be stationed in Jawa Timur.
