Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid PRC license (if applicable) or willingness to obtain insurance certifications
- Proficiency in digital sales tools and CRM software
