Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the San Jacinto area to expand your professional network.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate AXA insurance and investment products.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders, ensuring excellent customer service and retention.
- Assist clients throughout the application and claims process, providing clear and transparent guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and AXA’s evolving product portfolio.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent lead generation and follow-ups.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development workshops, and AXA training programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and remain self-motivated.
- Previous experience in sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to digital tools for financial planning and client management.
- Residency or willingness to operate within San Jacinto, Pangasinan.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client confidentiality.
