- Proactively identify and develop new client relationships through various prospecting methods.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to understand clients' current situations and future goals.
- Present comprehensive insurance and investment solutions tailored to meet individual client needs.
- Educate clients on the features, benefits, and terms of various insurance products (life, health, accident, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on AXA products, industry trends, and market developments.
- Adhere to all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven.
