Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling activities
- Conduct professional needs analysis consultations to understand client financial goals and insurance requirements
- Present and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage plans tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending applications and policy renewals
- Provide exceptional post-sale service including policy reviews and claim assistance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven sales or customer service experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Mangaldan and surrounding areas
- No pending administrative or criminal cases
- Passed the Insurance Commission Pre-licensing Exam or willingness to obtain certification
