Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients to grow your portfolio within Dagupan City and nearby areas.
- Conduct professional financial needs analyses to recommend suitable AXA insurance and investment products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins and exceptional service.
- Deliver engaging presentations and workshops on the importance of financial literacy and risk management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on industry regulations and market trends.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients during the claims process or policy modifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
