- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients within the Santa Barbara and Pangasinan area.
- Conduct professional financial needs analyses to recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions.
- Provide exceptional ongoing service to policyholders, ensuring their evolving needs are met.
- Deliver engaging presentations on the value of protection, health, and wealth management products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic shifts, and new product offerings from AXA.
- Prepare accurate financial proposals and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings, workshops, and company-sponsored professional development sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet monthly targets.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital communication tools.
- Residency in or proximity to Santa Barbara, Pangasinan is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or banking is a significant advantage.
