Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for potential and existing clients.
- Present and recommend insurance products tailored to specific client goals and risk profiles.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups and quality service.
- Assist clients throughout the claims process and policy documentation updates.
- Identify and prospect new leads within the Mapandan and wider Pangasinan area.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly performance targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Finance is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to undergo training and take the necessary Licensing Examinations from the Insurance Commission.
- Residency in Mapandan, Pangasinan or nearby municipalities is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, or customer service is an advantage but not required for quick learners.
- Strong ethics and a commitment to professional integrity.
