Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for potential and existing clients.
  • Present and recommend insurance products tailored to specific client goals and risk profiles.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups and quality service.
  • Assist clients throughout the claims process and policy documentation updates.
  • Identify and prospect new leads within the Mapandan and wider Pangasinan area.
  • Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly performance targets and KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Finance is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to undergo training and take the necessary Licensing Examinations from the Insurance Commission.
  • Residency in Mapandan, Pangasinan or nearby municipalities is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, banking, or customer service is an advantage but not required for quick learners.
  • Strong ethics and a commitment to professional integrity.
