Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients to expand our market presence in Malasiqui and surrounding areas.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders to ensure excellent customer retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the insurance and financial markets.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients regarding their existing policies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company compliance standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related advisory roles is a distinct advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined in managing time and resources.
- Must be a resident of or willing to work in Malasiqui, Pangasinan.
- Proficiency in local dialects and English is preferred for effective client communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
