Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients to assess their financial needs and insurance goals.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to recommend tailored insurance solutions and protection plans.
- Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver professional presentations on complex insurance products in a clear, accessible manner.
- Regularly attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Provide ongoing support to policyholders, including assistance with claims processes and policy updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Residency in or willingness to work in Calasiao, Pangasinan.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others achieve financial security.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
