Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their insurance and financial needs.
- Provide expert financial advice and recommend suitable AXA insurance products tailored to client goals.
- Proactively conduct sales presentations and follow-ups to expand your client portfolio.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
- Conduct regular financial reviews to ensure client protection plans remain aligned with their life stages.
- Participate in company-led training programs, seminars, and networking events to stay updated on industry trends.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related client-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Resilient, self-driven, and highly motivated to work towards commission-based growth.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino (Tagalog/Pangasinan is a plus).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools for client management.
- Willingness to travel locally within Villasis and surrounding areas of Pangasinan.
