Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients to expand our regional insurance portfolio.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to recommend suitable AXA insurance and investment products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
- Provide expert guidance on policy coverage, claims processes, and financial protection strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
- Represent AXA Philippines with the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse client segments.
- Driven by targets with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools for remote or hybrid collaboration.
- Residency or willingness to work in Santo Tomas, Pangasinan.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or banking is a significant advantage.
