Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for potential and current policyholders.
- Present customized insurance and investment solutions that align with client goals.
- Provide ongoing support and regular policy reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Stay updated on the latest financial products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Actively participate in workshops and coaching sessions to enhance professional skills.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related client-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Residency in or proximity to Pozorrubio, Pangasinan is highly preferred.
- Professional, proactive, and a highly disciplined mindset toward meeting goals.
