Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and acquire new clients through effective networking and sales strategies
- Present and explain insurance products and coverage options to potential customers
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and financial goals
- Process insurance applications and ensure accurate documentation
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and company policies
- Provide ongoing policy servicing including renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance
Kualifikasi
- Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Good numerical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Laoac and surrounding areas
- Completed college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
