Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance and protection plans.
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the San Nicolas community.
- Provide expert guidance on life, health, and investment-linked insurance products.
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
- Monitor policy renewals and provide ongoing support to clients regarding their coverage.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and product enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related financial field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people achieve financial security.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in local dialects and English is an advantage for effective client interaction.
- College degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any relevant course is highly desirable.
