Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect and build a pipeline of potential clients within the San Manuel area.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to identify the unique insurance and investment requirements of clients.
- Provide expert advice on AXA’s comprehensive suite of life, health, and general insurance products.
- Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Assist clients throughout the end-to-end insurance application and policy issuance process.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, new product features, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related financial sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to build professional networks and maintain client relationships.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and disciplined in managing time and targets.
- Proficiency in local dialects and English is preferred for effective client communication.
- Must possess a strong desire to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
