- Identify and engage potential clients to understand their insurance needs
- Present and explain various insurance products tailored to client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction

- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries
- Complete necessary documentation and compliance procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
