Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients to build a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities within the Tayug area.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to recommend tailored insurance and protection solutions.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with policyholders to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on investment-linked products, health insurance, and life protection plans.
- Participate in regular sales training and workshops to stay updated on market trends and industry regulations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using company CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and assist clients during the claims process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to help others.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle rejections with a positive attitude.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Basic proficiency in computer software (MS Office, email, and digital collaboration tools).
