Tanggung Jawab

  • Consult with prospective and existing clients to identify insurance needs and financial goals.
  • Present and explain AXA’s range of insurance products, including life, health, and investment‑linked plans.
  • Prepare personalized insurance proposals and illustrations that address client requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and follow‑up.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and branch management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 1‑2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Valid PRC license or willingness to obtain insurance certification within the required timeframe.
