Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with prospective and existing clients to identify insurance needs and financial goals.
- Present and explain AXA’s range of insurance products, including life, health, and investment‑linked plans.
- Prepare personalized insurance proposals and illustrations that address client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members and branch management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 1‑2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- Valid PRC license or willingness to obtain insurance certification within the required timeframe.
