Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Analyze client financial situations to provide tailored life, health, and investment-linked insurance recommendations.
- Proactively prospect and network to build a robust client portfolio in Balungao and surrounding areas.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to explain policy benefits and financial products.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews and high-quality customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes in the insurance industry.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, ethics, and professional standards set by AXA.
- Prepare accurate financial proposals and ensure timely processing of insurance applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Strong interest in financial services, insurance, and long-term wealth planning.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide high-level client service.
- Proficiency in local dialects (Pangasinan/Ilocano) and English is highly advantageous.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or banking is a significant advantage but not required.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for sales reporting and client management.
