Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients to grow your portfolio of insurance and investment products.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to provide tailored solutions for clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and service excellence.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and training sessions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals that address client risk and long-term financial stability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product enhancements, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or banking is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and dedication to client service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically proficient with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel locally within Pangasinan as needed.
