Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for new and existing clients.
  • Provide expert advice on AXA’s insurance, investment, and retirement product portfolios.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to potential policyholders.
  • Maintain high standards of service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining ethical business practices.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the company CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or relationship management is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino/Local Dialect.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses a strong network in the San Quintin or Pangasinan area.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and goal-setting capabilities.
  • Willingness to undergo continuous training and professional certification.
