Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect and identify potential clients within the local community.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for new and existing clients.
- Provide expert advice on AXA’s insurance, investment, and retirement product portfolios.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to potential policyholders.
- Maintain high standards of service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Keep updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining ethical business practices.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the company CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or relationship management is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino/Local Dialect.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses a strong network in the San Quintin or Pangasinan area.
- Highly organized with strong time-management and goal-setting capabilities.
- Willingness to undergo continuous training and professional certification.
