Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell bancassurance products to bank customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with bank staff and internal insurance teams.
- Ensure all sales documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Attend training sessions and product briefings to stay updated on market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, or the insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Valid driving license (preferred for field visits).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
