Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through networking and lead generation.
  • Conduct professional financial needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders to ensure excellent customer retention.
  • Prepare and present customized insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients regarding their coverage and claims processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree holder in any field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia).
  • Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve financial independence.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in provided company training programs.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
