Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients through networking and lead generation.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders to ensure excellent customer retention.
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients regarding their coverage and claims processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree holder in any field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia).
- Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve financial independence.
- Willingness to learn and participate in provided company training programs.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
