Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals in the Bintulu area.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to recommend suitable insurance products and protection plans.
- Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients to ensure fully informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Assist clients throughout the insurance claims process, providing professional guidance and support.
- Participate in all company-provided training sessions and stay updated on the latest industry trends and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of an SPM certificate; a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- A high level of self-motivation, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel locally within Bintulu for client meetings.
- Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks and CRM record management.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, or customer service is preferred but not required as training is provided.
