Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and direct prospecting within Kuching Division and Sarawak.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable insurance products (Life, Health, General, Investment-Linked).
- Present and explain policy terms, benefits, and conditions to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service including policy renewals, claims assistance, and regular portfolio reviews.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and organized client records using the company's CRM system.
- Participate actively in company-provided training sessions and continuous development programs.
- Collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Must be registered or willing to register with the relevant insurance industry regulatory bodies (e.g., LIAM, BNM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and possesses a strong desire to succeed.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply as comprehensive training is provided.
- Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel extensively within the Kuching Division.
- No prior insurance experience is required; we are seeking candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
