Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, coverage, and billing
- Provide accurate information and assistance to policyholders regarding their insurance products
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service quality
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution rates
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to work on flexible schedules including weekends and holidays if required
