Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, coverage, and billing
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to policyholders regarding their insurance products
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service quality
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution rates
  • Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and company policies

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
