Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis and management accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing timely data and documentation.
- Conduct financial audits and assist in resolving discrepancies or control exceptions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial data and operational goals.
- Maintain compliance with internal financial policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to process financial transactions and generate reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or insurance operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of general ledger functions, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PSA) or IFRS is a plus.
