Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and engage with prospective members (public safety personnel) to promote PSMBFI's insurance products and benefit plans.
  • Conduct field sales activities, including presentations, one-on-one consultations, and attendance at community events.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Process new applications, manage member accounts, and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales client support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about PSMBFI products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance member satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or direct sales sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help and serve others.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software).
  • Familiarity with the local market and community of San Fernando City, La Union, is a plus.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
